1) FITNESS TRAINERS FOR BRAINLAB CORPORE


We are seeking dedicated and experienced fitness trainers to join our team at BrainLab Corpore. This role involves expanding our intensive training program based on the principles pioneered by Mike Mentzer, with a focus on eccentric weight training using X-Force machines. The successful candidates will be responsible for leading twice-per-week intensive training sessions aimed at optimizing physical fitness and performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement twice-per-week intensive training sessions based on Mike Mentzer's principles of high-intensity training and eccentric weight training.
  • Design customized workout routines tailored to individual fitness levels, goals, and capabilities, utilizing X-Force machines to optimize eccentric loading.
  • Provide hands-on instruction and guidance during training sessions, ensuring proper form, technique, and safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Motivate and inspire participants to push beyond their limits and achieve their fitness goals through challenging and dynamic workouts.
  • Monitor and track progress, adjusting training programs as needed to optimize results and prevent plateaus.
  • Educate clients from all ages on the principles of high-intensity training, eccentric loading, and the benefits of X-Force machines for muscle activation and hypertrophy.
  • Offer nutritional guidance and lifestyle recommendations to support overall health and fitness goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized training environment, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and sanitized between sessions.

Requirements:

  • Certification in personal training or strength and conditioning from a recognized accrediting spanish body .
  • Demonstrated experience in leading high-intensity training programs and working with clients of various fitness levels and abilities.
  • Knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and anatomy, with a focus on eccentric loading principles and muscle hypertrophy.
  • Familiarity with X-Force machines or willingness to undergo training and certification in their usage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to create and track individualized training programs for multiple clients.
  • Passion for health and fitness, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
